Für unser Projekt in Wien suchen wir 1 Projektmitarbeiter*in im Bereich Training und Beratung (m/w/d) Anstellung: Teilzeit (30 bis 32 Wochenstunden)

Standort: Wien

Eintritt: ab sofort

Einsatzmöglichkeiten und Aufgaben:

* Training und Beratung;

* Kompetenzarbeit- und analyse;

* Qualifizierungs- und Vermittlungsberatung;

* Durchführung von themenspezifischen Workshops in Präsenz- und Onlineformaten;

* Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen und Supervisionen;

* Vernetzung und Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kooperationspartner*innen;

* Schnittstelle zu unseren Fördergeber*innen (bei Bedarf);

* Reporting und Berichtswesen;

* Administration teilnehmer*innenbezogener Daten mittels Datenbank;

* Mitverantwortung für die qualitätsvolle und antragskonforme Umsetzung des Projektes.

Wen wir suchen:

Wir freuen uns über Bewerbungen von Personen mit Qualifikationen in den folgenden Bereichen:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium (Universität bzw. Fachhochschule, alle Studienrichtungen) (Muss-Kriterium);

* Abgeschlossene TRAINERINNNEN- bzw. COACHING- bzw. SUPERVISIONSAUSBILDUNG im Ausmaß von mindestens 100 Stunden (Einheiten à 50 Minuten) (Muss-Kriterium);

* Ein aktuelles Gender- und Diversityzertifikat (Muss-Kriterium);

* Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit Datenbanken und Online-Tools;

* IT-Affinität und digitale Medienkompetenz.

Ihre Möglichkeiten bei uns:

* Bei Vollzeit: 38 h bezahlte Weiterbildungszeit pro Jahr (bei Teilzeit aliquot);
