Wir suchen: 1 Projekttechniker*in Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d)

HKLS Planung Projektkoordination - Bautechnik

- Vollzeit

Zeit für eine neue Herausforderung

* Technische Vorbereitung und Koordination bei der Umsetzung von HKLS-Projekten

* Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei organisatorischen und technischen Aufgaben

* Planung von Montageabläufen sowie Organisation und Disposition von Materialien für Baustellen inkl. Bereitstellung technischer Unterlagen

* Anfertigung von CAD-Zeichnungen für HKLS-Anlagen

* Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Aufmaß- und Abrechnungsdokumenten

* Eigenständige technische Abwicklung von Service- und Instandhaltungsaufträgen

* Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen sowie Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsplänen

Skills sind der Schlüssel

* Abgeschlossene HTL-Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung im Bereich HKLS / Gebäudetechnik

* Erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich HKLS / Gebäudetechnik, vorzugsweise in einer ähnlichen Funktion

* Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie Kenntnisse in AUTOCAD

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Projektbeteiligten

* Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
