Zur Unterstützung unseres Projektteams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für die administrative Betreuung von HSE-Themen (Health, Safety & Environment) direkt auf einer Großbaustelle. In dieser Rolle sorgen Sie für eine strukturierte Dokumentation und unterstützen das HSE-Team bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben. 1 Projekttechniker:in Projektabwicklung Data Center Aufgaben

* Mitarbeit bei der technischen Angebotserstellung sowie bei der Realisierung von Projekten im industriellen Anlagenbau (Fokus auf Rohrleitungsbau)

* Unterstützung von Arbeitspaketen in den Bereichen Planung (P&ID, 3D Modelle, etc.), Arbeitsvorbereitung, Materialmanagement & Qualitätsmanagement

* Abstimmung und Anfragen mit Lieferanten, Subunternehmer und Kunden

* Erstellung und Pflege von Listen und Unterlagen zur technischen Projektsteuerung

* Erstellung und Verwaltung von Abweichungsmeldungen und technischen Einreichungen

* Erstellung und Verwaltung der Baustellen- und Projektdokumentation

* Unterstützung der Projekt-, Montage- und Bauleitung in technischen sowie kaufmännischen Belangen

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL oder vergleichbar) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Anlagen- oder Installationstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Verfahrenstechnik

* Berufserfahrung in der Projektabwicklung, idealerweise im industriellen Anlagenbau oder Rohrleitungsbau

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office) - 3D Software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.) von Vorteil

* Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie unternehmerisches Denken

* Souveränes Auftreten und ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* demensprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Geringe/ Fallweise Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Baustellen- und Projekttermine

* Führerschein Klasse B

Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt im attraktiven KV Metallgewerbe bei monatlich brutto € 2.727,40 liegt.

Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt innerhalb einer Bandbreite von monatlich brutto € 2.800 und € 3.800, ist abhängig von Ihrer Erfahrung und Qualifikation und wird gemeinsam mit Ihnen festgelegt.
