Tätigkeiten

Eigenständige Leitung und Koordination von Anlagenbauprojekten über den gesamten Projektzyklus

Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von der Angebotsphase über Planung und Realisierung bis zur Übergabe

Steuerung von Projektzielen hinsichtlich Terminen, Kosten, Qualität und Ressourcen

Führung und Koordination interdisziplinärer Projektteams

Durchführung von Risiko- und Claim Management

Analyse von Herausforderungen sowie Entwicklung geeigneter Lösungen während des Projektverlaufs

Koordination und Abstimmung mit Kund:innen, Lieferanten und internen Fachabteilungen

Organisation und Moderation von Projektmeetings

Profil

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität)

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Anlagenbau, idealerweise in der Projektleitung

Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie im Umgang mit gängigen Methoden und Tools

Erfahrung in der Führung und Koordination von Teams

Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und professionelles Auftreten

Unternehmerisches Denken sowie eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
