Open Universiteit Nederland Heerlen Open Universiteit Nederland - Heerlen - 38 uur - WO - € 3.059,- tot € 3.881,- Promovendus Illegale visserij & reguleringsuitdagingen in Heerlen Functie-eisen Je bent afgestudeerd en bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma op het terrein van het recht (regulier of onderzoeksmaster). Je beschikt over aantoonbare wetenschappelijke interesse op het terrein van milieucriminaliteit en/of groene criminologie, bij voorkeur blijkend uit een wetenschappelijke publicatie of hoog gewaardeerde masterscriptie. Daarnaast beschik je over kennis van het bestuursrecht en/of strafrecht en heb je ervaring met juridische onderzoeksmethoden, waaronder doctrinair juridisch onderzoek. Eveneens heb je ervaring met empirische onderzoeksmethoden, zoals het afnemen van interviews, het uitvoeren van enquêtes of het verrichten van statistische analyses. Je bent enthousiast en ambitieus als het gaat om het verrichten van wetenschappelijk onderzoek. Verder beschik je over uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en academische schrijfvaardigheden. Aantoonbare actieve en passieve beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal strekt gezien het onderwerp van onderzoek tot aanbeveling. Verder kun je zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig werken, beschik je over zeer goede communicatieve vaardigheden en kun je je onderzoek in zijn sociale context plaatsen en sociaal relevant maken. Je beschikt tevens over goede ICT-vaardigheden, bent resultaatgericht en hebt een proactieve instelling. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Dienstverband voor bepaalde tijd : tijdelijk voor de periode van 15 maanden. Bij een goede voortgang en goed functioneren wordt de arbeidsovereenkomst verlengd tot in totaal 4 jaar. Salaris Het salaris van de promovendus bedraagt € 3.059,- bruto per maand gedurende het eerste jaar, oplopend tot maximaal € 3.881,- bruto per maand gedurende het vierde jaar, gebaseerd op een volledige werkweek en conform de huidige salarisschalen vol...
