Ben je geïnteresseerd in onderzoeksmethoden, en wil je dat je onderzoek bijdraagt aan de praktijk van de zorg? En hou je van samenwerken om tot je einddoel te komen? Dan is deze vacature een mooie kans voor jou. Over het project Deze promotieplaats maakt deel uit van een door ZonMw gefinancierd overkoepelend project naar een Passende Zorg lijn binnen de Academische Werkplaatsen Huisartsgeneeskunde in Nederland. De Passende Zorg Lijn voor Academische Werkplaatsen Huisartsenzorg (PZL-AWH) versterkt de samenwerking tussen de zeven academische werkplaatsen. Met steun van ZonMw verbinden zij praktijk, onderzoek, onderwijs en implementatie. Het programma richt zich op patiëntenparticipatie, data en onderzoeksmethoden om passende zorg beter te onderbouwen en toe te passen in de dagelijkse huisartsenzorg. Dit promotieonderzoek wordt uitgevoerd door het UMCG en het Erasmus MC in nauwe samenwerking met het UMC Utrecht. Binnen het onderzoek richten we ons op de toepassing van methodologie om tot passende zorg te komen. Specifiek onderzoeken we wat de meest relevante uitkomstmaten voor passende zorg in de huisartsenzorg zijn. Daarnaast werken we aan een systematiek voor het beoordelen van onderzoeksresultaten die gebruikt kunnen worden bij besluitvorming omtrent de implementatie en de-implementatie van interventies in de praktijk. Het project combineert verschillende vormen van onderzoek. We gebruiken systematische en scoping reviews om relevante gezondheidsuitkomsten voor passende zorg te inventariseren, waarbij we ook de perspectieven van huisartsen en patiënten meenemen.
