You will combine prompt engineering, agentic AI and JavaScript development to create secure, scalable and user-friendly solutions that help employees find information, complete tasks and access services through natural language. ServiceNow experience is a plus, not a requirement . Responsibilities - Design, develop, test and maintain LLM, prompt-driven and agentic AI solutions . - Develop and optimize prompts using grounding, context management, structured outputs, guardrails and evaluation . - Design agent workflows that use tools and enterprise data, maintain context and handle human handovers. - Develop JavaScript applications, services, UI components, automations and integrations . - Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms and data through REST APIs . - Build conversational experiences for knowledge discovery, service requests and contextual guidance. - Define and execute evaluations for quality, reliability, relevance, safety and consistency . - Apply Responsible AI and secure development principles, including access control, data protection, traceability and human oversight. - Translate business needs into technical requirements, prototypes and production-ready solutions. - Improve self-service, automation and resolution times while reducing avoidable ticket volume. - Work in an Agile/DevOps environment and contribute to testing, troubleshooting, documentation and continuous improvement.
