Functie omschrijving

  • Communicatie met eigenaars en leveranciers is een belangrijk punt
  • Op basis van de boekhouding van het laatste jaar maak je de budgetten op voor de komende jaren.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw gebouwen in goede staat blijven en sluit de nodige contracten af.
  • Je onderhandelingstalent zorgt ervoor dat dit aan de meest voordelige voorwaarden gebeurt.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van eigenaars
  • In samenspraak met de raad van mede-eigenaars begeleid je jaarlijks een algemene vergadering
  • Je bent sterk in organisatie en kan zelfstandig werken
  • Je weet hoe je met mensen moet omgaan in allerlei situaties
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans
  • Je behaalde een professionele bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Bij voorkeur heb je al een eerste ervaring als syndicus
