Je bereidt algemene vergaderingen voor, leidt ze met vertrouwen en vertaalt beslissingen naar concrete acties. Dankzij je proactieve aanpak en koel hoofd los je problemen snel op. Zo bied je eigenaars gemoedsrust, terwijl je collega’s de administratie en boekhouding vlot ondersteunen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor-denkniveau en hebt bij voorkeur al je eerste ervaring als Property Manager achter de rug.
  • Nederlands beheers je vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
