Voor een familiale vastgoedonderneming in Antwerpen zijn we op zoek naar een Property Support Analyst. In deze functie vorm je een belangrijke ondersteuning voor het vastgoedteam en zorg je ervoor dat de administratieve, financiële en operationele opvolging van de vastgoedportefeuille efficiënt verloopt. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je biedt administratieve en financiële ondersteuning bij het beheer van verschillende vastgoedportefeuilles.
  • Je verzamelt, verwerkt en controleert gegevens voor rapporteringen en analyses.
  • Je bereidt onder andere indexeringen, kostenafrekeningen en contractuele documenten voor.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat vastgoed- en huurdersdossiers correct en actueel blijven.
  • Je verwerkt informatie in interne systemen en databanken en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de gegevens.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de communicatie en opvolging richting huurders, leveranciers en interne collega's.
  • Je volgt openstaande acties en administratieve processen nauwgezet op.
  • Je detecteert mogelijke knelpunten en denkt actief mee over manieren om processen efficiënter te maken.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Property Managers en fungeert als een betrouwbare administratieve en analytische sparringpartner.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding, bijvoorbeeld in vastgoed, economie, administratie, finance of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste relevante werkervaring in een ondersteunende, administratieve, financiële of coördinerende functie.
  • Interesse of ervaring binnen vastgoed is een sterke plus.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt een scherp oog voor detail.
  • Je bent sterk in planning en opvolging en kan vlot verschillende taken combineren.
  • Je gaat zorgvuldig en discreet om met informatie.
  • Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en werkt graag samen met anderen.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt niet alleen mee over wat er moet gebeuren, maar ook over hoe het beter kan.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands is vereist; kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan je ook goed uitdrukken in het Engels.
  • Je hebt een gezonde interesse in cijfers en bent vlot met administratieve en digitale systemen.
