Anlagenbau Austria GmbH ist ein österreichisches Unternehmen, das auf europäischer Ebene im gesamten Spektrum der Industrieanlagenbaudienstleistungen tätig ist, die von der Planung und dem Engineering bis hin zur Herstellung, dem Bau, der Wartung und der Demontage von Rohrleitungssystemen (hauptsächlich aus Edelstahl im Hygiene- und Sterilbereich) reichen und auch die Recherche und die Bereitstellung von spezialisiertem Personal für unsere Kunden für diese Tätigkeiten umfassen.

Aktuell erweitern wir unser Team und stellen ab sofort ein: 1 Proposal Engineer (m/f/d)

Dein Aufgabenbereich

Von der Kundenanfrage bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss - als Proposal Engineer verbindest Du technisches Know-how mit kaufmännischem Verständnis und sorgst dafür, dass aus Anforderungen überzeugende und technisch fundierte Lösungen werden.

Du prüfst und bewertest Kundenanfragen hinsichtlich Machbarkeit, Spezifikationen und Normen und erstellst darauf basierend maßgeschneiderte Angebote. Dabei übernimmst Du die technische Auslegung, Mengenermittlung und Kalkulation und stimmst Komponenten, Materialien und Systemlösungen wie Rohrleitungen, Armaturen und Werkstoffe auf die jeweiligen Anforderungen ab.

Im direkten Austausch mit unseren Kunden klärst Du technische Fragestellungen, berätst bei der Lösungsfindung und begleitest Deine Angebote aktiv weiter. Gleichzeitig arbeitest Du eng mit unseren Lieferanten zusammen und klärst Verfügbarkeiten, technische Daten, Preise und Lieferzeiten.

Auch nach der Auftragserteilung bleibst Du am Ball: Du betreust Kundenprojekte eigenverantwortlich von der Auftragsklärung bis zum Abschluss, koordinierst Termine und Schnittstellen und arbeitest eng mit Einkauf, Fertigung und Montage zusammen. Während der gesamten Abwicklung bist Du eine zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden.

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH oder Universität), z. B. im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar

* Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Angebotserstellung, Kalkulation oder Projektabwicklung

* Erfahrung in Angebotskalkulation und Ausschreibungswesen

* Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement

* Kenntnisse im Rohrleitungsbau von Vorteil

* Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am direkten Austausch mit Kunden und Lieferanten

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Verhandlungsgeschick und ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis

* Sehr gute MS-Excel-Kenntnisse

* Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
