Ben jij iemand die technische inzichten moeiteloos combineert met analytisch denkvermogen en een commerciële mindset? Krijg je energie van het vertalen van complexe klantvragen naar overtuigende en competitieve offertes? Dan ben jij misschien wel onze nieuwe Proposal Engineer.

Wat zal je doen?

Als Proposal Engineer speel je een sleutelrol in het binnenhalen van uitdagende infrastructuur-, bouw- en engineeringprojecten. Je analyseert aanbestedingsdossiers, beoordeelt technische en financiële haalbaarheid, werkt innovatieve oplossingen uit en draagt bij aan professionele voorstellen die nieuwe opportuniteiten creëren voor onze organisatie

Als Proposal Engineer ondersteun je de voorbereiding van aanbestedingen en technisch-commerciële voorstellen van A tot Z.

Je zal je voornamelijk bezig houden met:

  • Het analyseren van aanbestedingsdossiers, lastenboeken en klantvereisten.
  • Het coördineren van technische input van verschillende disciplines en bewaken van de samenhang binnen het voorstel.
  • Het verzamelen van technische informatie bij verschillende interne stakeholders en deze op gestructureerde wijze vertalen naar plannen van aanpak voor aanbestedingen en PPS/DBFM-projecten.
  • Het uitwerken van method statements en uitvoeringsmethodieken voor infrastructurele projecten.
  • Het bewaken van kwaliteit, regelgeving en interne procedures.

Daarnaast zal je ook werken aan:

  • Het beoordelen van de technische, operationele en financiële haalbaarheid van projecten.
  • Het ontwikkelen van technische concepten en oplossingsvoorstellen in samenwerking met verschillende interne stakeholders.
  • Het analyseren van alternatieven en formuleren van onderbouwde aanbevelingen.
  • Het identificeren van risico’s, opportuniteiten en optimalisaties binnen aanbestedingen.
  • Het bijdragen aan kennisdeling, best practices en continue verbetering.

Wie zoeken we?

Je bent nieuwsgierig, analytisch en gedreven. Je houdt van structuur, maar krijgt tegelijk energie van complexe uitdagingen en het zoeken naar slimme oplossingen.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een technische of bouwkundige richting.
  • Bij voorkeur 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring, een goede kennis van infrastructuur / wegenis / grondwerken is een enorme plus.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om grote hoeveelheden informatie snel te verwerken.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een professionele schrijfstijl.
  • Een combinatie van technische nauwkeurigheid en een pragmatische, bedrijfsmatige aanpak.
  • Een natuurlijke samenwerkingsgerichtheid en de capaciteit om verschillende stakeholders te verbinden.
  • Je kan informatie uit verschillende bronnen verwerken tot een logisch en overtuigend verhaal, je focus ligt namelijk op het schrijven van plannen van aanpak en method statements.
  • Zin voor verantwoordelijkheid, kwaliteit en resultaat.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en Engels is een plus.
