Iemand die energie krijgt van zowel onderhandse als openbare aanbestedingen, scherp wil krijgen wat klanten écht nodig hebben en vervolgens een aanbieding schrijft waarmee we kunnen winnen. Je kent IT managed services en weet hoe klanten deze dienstverlening inkopen. Je kunt uitleggen hoe processen, verantwoordelijkheden, SLA's en standaarden samenkomen in een werkend servicemodel. Je bent niet alleen degene die het bidproces organiseert: je zit zelf met de klant aan tafel, werkt oplossingen uit en schrijft mee aan de aanbieding. Bij Itility word je onderdeel van het bid team. Binnen dat team richt jij je primair op tenders en commerciële trajecten rondom IT managed services (zie ook https://itility.nl/managed-services/ ). Wat ga je doen Je pakt managed services-bids van begin tot eind op. Je leest de uitvraag, haalt boven tafel waar de klant echt naar op zoek is en bepaalt samen met sales en onze inhoudelijke experts hoe we daarop gaan winnen. Je kunt met een klant processen uitwerken en concreet maken hoe de dienstverlening straks moet functioneren. Denk aan incident-, problem- en changeprocessen, service levels, governance, rapportages, security, continuous improvement en de verdeling van verantwoordelijkheden tussen klant en leverancier. Je kent standaarden en best practices zoals ITIL en kunt deze niet alleen benoemen, maar vooral vertalen naar een praktische dienstverlening die bij de klant past. Daarna moet het op papier. Je schrijft zelf de aanbieding, brengt input van ons services team team bij elkaar en zorgt dat er een helder en overtuigend verhaal staat. Je kijkt ook vooruit. Je houdt de markt in de gaten, weet welke managed services-contracten aflopen en helpt ervoor te zorgen dat Itility al aan tafel...
