The posting

Een adviesbureau dat organisaties ondersteunt op vlak van milieu, veiligheid, gezondheid en kwaliteit, is op zoek naar een part-time (3/5de of 4/5de) outbound sales agent. Je neemt contact op met bedrijven om hen kort kennis te laten maken met de EHSQ-diensten. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het genereren van kwalitatieve leads en draagt actief bij aan hun groei.

Bij voorkeur werk je van maandag tem donderdagvoormiddag. Andere mogelijkheden zijn bespreekbaar. Liever niet op vrijdag en geen thuiswerk.

  • Een eerste ervaring binnen telesales is een grote plus
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en niet bang om de telefoon op te nemen, ook durf je doorvragen en anticiperen op vragen
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je professioneel uitdrukken
  • Je hebt een commerciële flair en weet mensen te enthousiasmeren
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en bent nauwkeurig in het bijhouden van informatie
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar schakelt ook vlot met collega's in een klein team
  • Interesse in duurzaamheid, veiligheid of bedrijfsadvies is een pluspunt
  • Outbound bellen om afspraken in te plannen voor de verkopers
  • Contact opnemen met klanten en potentiële klanten
  • Telefonisch benaderen van prospecten uit de doelgroep
  • De producten en diensten van de onderneming voorstellen (nieuwe producten, bijkomende verkoop, ...)
  • Commerciële doelstellingen bepalen (verkoop, capaciteit, omzet, klantentevredenheid, ...)
  • Korte pitch geven over de diensten van het bedrijf
