Over Het Pandschap

Het Pandschap is een sociale onderneming met een duidelijke missie: meer betaalbare en kwalitatieve woningen aanbieden aan mensen in een kwetsbare positie. Wij pakken de woningcrisis aan de bron aan. Dit doen we door private eigenaars volledig te ontzorgen tijdens hun hele renovatieproces. In ruil verhuren zij hun gerenoveerde woning nadien sociaal. Zo maken we samen van een leegstaand of verouderd pand een warme, betaalbare thuis.

Jouw uitdaging als Prospectiemedewerker

Als Prospectiemedewerker ben jij het gezicht en de stem van Het Pandschap Antwerpen. Jouw hoofddoel? Onze unieke werking bekendmaken en eigenaars overtuigen om met ons samen te werken.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Netwerken en informeren: Je legt proactief contact met sleutelfiguren zoals makelaars, notarissen en woonzorgcentra om Het Pandschap op de kaart te zetten.
  • Eigenaars overtuigen: Je benadert private eigenaars van (renovatie)panden en legt hen helder uit hoe wij hen ontzorgen en welke sociale meerwaarde zij kunnen creëren.
  • Relaties opbouwen: Je onderhoudt warme contacten met partners en tussenpersonen, zodat zij vlot naar ons doorverwijzen.
  • Infosessies en acties: Je denkt mee na over en helpt bij het opzetten van gerichte acties om ons netwerk te vergroten.

  • Sociaal gedreven: Je bent intrinsiek gemotiveerd door onze missie en wil bijdragen aan een rechtvaardigere woningmarkt.
  • Sterke communicator: Je praat even vlot met een particuliere eigenaar als met een notaris of makelaar. Je luistert goed en stemt je boodschap feilloos af op je gesprekspartner.
