Wir suchen 1 PROZESS- & DIGITALISIERUNGSSPEZIALIST_IN BMD NTCS für eine Teilzeit- oder Vollzeitbeschäftigung.

Wir suchen eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit fundierter Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung, Personalverrechnung oder Bilanzierung, die sich tiefgehend mit BMD NTCS beschäftigen und unsere internen Prozesse aktiv weiterentwickeln möchte.

Die Position eignet sich besonders für Personen, die aus der klassischen Buchhaltung, Lohnverrechnung oder Bilanzierung kommen und sich stärker in Richtung Digitalisierung, Prozessmanagement und Systemoptimierung entwickeln möchten.

Wer Freude daran hat, "hinter die Kulissen" zu schauen, Prozesse zu hinterfragen, Kolleg:innen zu unterstützen und das volle Potenzial von BMD NTCS auszuschöpfen, wird sich bei uns sehr wohlfühlen.

Deine Aufgaben

- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer digitalen Kanzleiprozesse in BMD NTCS

- Aufbau und Betreuung von Workflows innerhalb von NTCS

- Automatisierung von Abläufen in:

-> Buchhaltung

-> Personalverrechnung

-> Bilanzierung

- Gestaltung effizienter Aufgaben- und Freigabeprozesse

- Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Entwicklung smarter Lösungen

- Unterstützung des Teams bei der optimalen Nutzung von BMD NTCS

- Ansprechpartner:in für Kolleg:innen bei Fragen rund um BMD NTCS und digitale Prozesse

- Durchführung interner Schulungen und laufender Wissensvermittlung

- Mitwirkung bei der Digitalisierung und Standardisierung unserer Kanzleiabläufe

Das bringst du mit

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. Praxis als:

-> Buchhalter:in,

-> Personalverrechner:in oder

-> Bilanzbuchhalter:in

- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in BMD NTCS

- Interesse an digitalen Prozessen, Automatisierung und Workflow-Management

- Freude daran, sich tief in Systeme und Prozesse einzuarbeiten

- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude daran, Wissen weiterzugeben

- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

- Eigeninitiative und Interesse, Dinge nachhaltig zu verbessern

Bezahlung lt. Kollektivvertrag mit Bereitschaft zur marktkonformen Überbezahlung. Basierend auf dem aktuellen Kollektivvertrag, rechnen wir Qualifikation und Erfahrung natürlich mit ein, kollektivvertragliches Mindestbruttogehalt mit 3 Jahren Praxis bei Vollzeit (Gruppe II) EUR 2.420,00)
