Deine Aufgaben:

* Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an haustechnischen Anlagen

* Analyse von Störungen sowie eigenständige Fehlerdiagnose und Behebung technischer Probleme

* Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen

* Vorbereitung von Serviceeinsätzen einschließlich Materialbeschaffung und Terminplanung

* Digitale Erfassung und Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten

* Unterstützung anderer Gewerke bei bereichsübergreifenden Tätigkeiten

* Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit externen Fachfirmen bei Bedarf

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Heizung, Klima, Lüftung, Sanitär oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Wartung, Instandhaltung oder im technischen Service

* Erfahrung im Bereich Brandschutz ist von Vorteil

* Führerschein der Klasse B von Vorteil

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit Tablets, Apps und digitalen Dokumentationssystemen

* Selbstständige, zuverlässige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf Überstunden zu leisten

* Einwandfreier Leumund
