Ihre Rolle im Team:

* In dieser Position gestalten Sie die Prozesslandkarte unserer Organisation aktiv mit und tragen als Sparringpartner:in für die Geschäftsführung und Führungskräfte dazu bei, Prozesse unternehmensweit klar, effizient und transparent zu machen. * Sie bauen zentrale Geschäfts- sowie unterstützende Prozesse auf, dokumentieren und optimieren diese kontinuierlich - insbesondere in den Bereichen Projektentwicklung, Baumanagement und Verwaltung - und stimmen sich dabei eng mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen ab. * Die klare Definition, Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Rollen, Zuständigkeiten sowie Schnittstellen zwischen Abteilungen und Bereichen treiben Sie aktiv voran. * Verbesserungspotenziale entlang bestehender Arbeitsabläufe identifizieren Sie systematisch und entwickeln daraus praxistaugliche Lösungsvorschläge. * Weiters unterstützen Sie die Einführung, Umsetzung und nachhaltige Verankerung neuer sowie angepasster Prozesse. * Ihre Mitwirkung an Standards, Richtlinien und internen Vorgaben zur Sicherstellung einheitlicher Abläufe rundet Ihr Aufgabengebiet ab.

Damit überzeugen Sie uns:

* Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Prozessmanagement, Business Intelligence, Qualitätsmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft, Immobilienmanagement, Organisationsentwicklung oder vergleichbar mit. * Weiters zeichnet Sie mehrjährige Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement, in der Organisationsentwicklung oder im Change-Management aus - idealerweise in einem immobiliennahen Umfeld. * Sie erfassen rasch komplexe organisatorische Zusammenhänge, bereiten diese strukturiert und verständlich auf und denken dabei bereichsübergreifend. * Zudem haben Sie Freude daran, unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenzubringen und tragfähige Lösungen mit pragmatischem Zugang zu entwickeln, um die Dinge unkompliziert und wirksam voranzubringen. * Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert, proaktiv und lösungsorientiert und überzeugen dabei durch Fingerspitzengefühl sowie sozial-emotionale Kompetenz. * Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (Word, Excel und PowerPoint) ist für Sie selbstverständlich, idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung mit Prozessdokumentationstools oder BPM-Software. * Es begeistert Sie, Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten und Prozesse nachhaltig zu verbessern.
