Worauf es in diesem Job ankommt

* Du treibst Prozessverbesserungen zur österreichweiten Steigerung der Produktivität als zentrale Instanz in den Logistikzentren voran - in enger Abstimmung mit allen Standorten im Paket und Briefbereich * Du arbeitest eng mit Controlling und der kaufmännischen Steuerung der Logistikzentren zusammen, um Produktivitätsmaßnahmen in Planung, Forecasts und der IST Kommentierung abzustimmen * Du entwickelst das bestehende Benchmark-System sowohl methodisch als auch hinsichtlich der IT Unterstützung weiter * Du analysierst und bewertest Produktivitätskennzahlen und leitest daraus konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab, bei Bedarf leitest du kleinere Optimierungsprojekte * Du bringst Reisebereitschaft (ca. 25%) innerhalb Österreichs mit und begleitest die verschiedenen operativen Arbeitsbereiche auch in den unterschiedlichen Schichten * Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle und Fachexpert*in und berichtest sowohl an das regionale als auch an das zentrale bzw. strategische Management

Worauf es uns ankommt

* Abgeschlossenes einschlägiges Studium sowie Berufserfahrung im Bereich Prozessmanagement und/oder Logistik * Ausgeprägte Begeisterung für Logistikprozesse und deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung * gute MS Office Kenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit Datenbanken und Datenanalysen * Hohe Zahlen und Datenaffinität sowie Geschick in der strukturierten und zielgruppengerechten Aufbereitung von Zahlen, Daten und Fakten * Hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit und Eigenmotivation

Bezahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation, jedoch mindestens 55.100,- Euro (Bruttojahresgehalt, all-in).
