* Prozess-Architektur: Du harmonisierst und entwickelst die Vertriebsprozesse im Bereich Kommunal- / Berglandtechnik und Ersatzteile weiter.

* Tool-Management: Du betreust und optimierst unsere Vertriebswerkzeuge (z.B. Angebotstools, Konfiguratoren).

* Auftragseingangsplanung: Du steuerst den Prozess und bist Bindeglied zwischen Vertrieb und Produktion.

* Change Management: Du begleitest die Teams im 1st-/2nd Level Sales Support bei Change-Prozessen und analysierst und optimierst bestehende Abläufe.

Was dich auszeichnet

* Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare technische/kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Erfahrung

* Technik-Affinität und idealerweise Erfahrung im industriellen Umfeld

* Kenntnisse in Prozessoptimierung sowie im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise SAP) und Sales-Tools

* Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise und bereichsübergreifendes Denken

* Kommunikationsstärke und diplomatisches Geschick bei der Umsetzung von Standards und Prozessen
