Du gestaltest Prozesse im Engineering, treibst Lean-Ansätze voran und entwickelst ein professionelles Shopfloor-Management weiter - und legst damit den Grundstein für nachhaltige, skalierbare Erfolge im gesamten Unternehmen. 1 Prozessmanager Lean & Shopfloor (w/m/d) Aufgabengebiet

* Du analysierst und modellierst Engineering-Prozesse, bringst Lean-Prinzipien ins Spiel und sorgst so dafür, dass aus guten Abläufen echte Effizienz-Raketen werden

* Du entwickelst das Shopfloor-Management als zentrales Führungsinstrument weiter, holst es direkt an den Ort der Wertschöpfung und machst Transparenz, Fokus und Teamspirit im Alltag erlebbar

* Du vernetzt Fachbereiche und interne Business Partner, räumst Schnittstellen-Hürden aus dem Weg und sorgst dafür, dass Informationen und Entscheidungen ohne Reibungsverluste fließen

* Du treibst Initiativen rund um Operational Excellence voran, managst "Lessons Learned" und Optimierungspotenziale strukturiert - damit aus einmaligen Aha-Momenten dauerhafte Verbesserungen werden

* Du führst Ursachenanalysen durch, leitest smarte Maßnahmen ab und begleitest deren Umsetzung bis zur nachhaltigen Lösung - gerne auch mit Blick bis hinauf auf C-Level

Skill-Set

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (FH/Uni) mit Schwerpunkt Prozessmanagement oder vergleichbarer Richtung

* Berufserfahrung in der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Shopfloor-Management und KVP, idealerweise im technischen oder industriellen Umfeld

* Fundiertes Know-how in Prozessanalyse und -modellierung, gerne mit Erfahrung in Tools wie ADONIS oder ähnlichen Systemen

* Idealerweise Lean-Zertifizierung oder nachweisbare Praxiserfahrung mit Lean-Methoden, gerne mit Beispielen aus realen Projekten

* Stark ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise, inklusive sicherem Umgang mit Daten zur Ableitung fundierter Entscheidungen

* Hohe Eigeninitiative, Begeisterung für kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Freude daran, Menschen für Operational Excellence zu gewinnen

* Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um auch im internationalen Umfeld souverän zu agieren

Das mögliche Gehalt

Das Gehalt liegt je nach Qualifikation & Berufserfahrung zwischen EUR 3.800 und EUR 4.500 brutto / Monat (auf Vollzeitbasis).
