Ihre Aufgaben:

* Überwachung des Serienprozesses und Sicherstellung der Produktion im Schichtbetrieb

* Rüsten der Maschinen inkl. Vor- und Nachbereitung

* Behebung von Störungen im Produktionsprozess

* Überwachung Qualität / Mitarbeit bei interner Reklamationsbearbeitung

* Prozessoptimierung

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung von Vorteil

* Erfahrung mit Serienprozessen (Parameter- und Maschineneinstellung, Werkzeuge, Rohstoffe, etc.)

* Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement wünschenswert (Statistik, Messtechnik, etc.)

* Ergebnis- und lösungsorientierte, sowie verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative

* Schichtbereitschaft (in Form von 3-Schicht bzw. 4-Schicht)
