Deine Aufgaben

* Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kabel- und Drahtmaschinen am Ende genau das machen, was sie sollen. * In Pischelsdorf testest du Komponenten und ganze Anlagen, bevor sie ins Zielland transportiert werden. * Du reist zu den weltweiten Kunden und lernst die Welt kennen (bis zu 50% im Jahr). * Du nimmst unsere Anlagen weltweit beim Kunden in Betrieb, optimierst Einstellungen und sorgst dafür, dass sie zuverlässig laufen. * Du schulst künftige Nutzer:innen der Anlagen auf Funktionen und Handhabung. * Du entwickelst mit uns neue Projekte, Prozesse und Technologien.

Dein Profil

* Eine technische Ausbildung: Lehre / HTL / FH / Uni (Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Kunststofftechnik...) * Interesse an mehrwöchige Dienstreisen ins weltweite Ausland, gute Englischkenntnisse oder zumindest der Mut Englisch zu sprechen * Interesse am Tüfteln, an mechanischen Abläufen, eine gewisse Beharrlichkeit bei Problemen und die Bereitschaft, auch mal selbst zum Schraubenzieher zu greifen * Identifikation mit unseren Werten: Weltoffenheit, Eigenständigkeit, Problemlösungs-Mentalität, Genauigkeit, Neugier, Interesse an neuen Technologien * Gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Wir versprechen dir eine intensive Einschulung vor deiner ersten Dienstreise. Bei deinem 1. Projekt fliegst du mit erfahrenen Kolleg:innen zu den weltweiten Standorten unserer Kunden, wo ihr gemeinsam bis zur sogenannten Maschinenabnahme arbeitet und eure Freizeit verbringt. * Du lernst auf deinen internationalen Einsätzen fremde Länder und Kulturen kennen. 70 € freiwillige Zusatzauslöse pro Reisetag auf Inbetriebnahme bieten dir dabei einen attraktiven finanziellen Zuverdienst. * Garantiert maximal 50 % Reisetätigkeit. Das sichern wir dir sogar vertraglich zu - außer, du möchtest freiwillig mehr reisen. * Kein Stress: Die komplette Organisation der Dienstreisen erfolgt durch unser internes Travelmanagement, inkl. einem Taxiservice von deiner Haustür zum Flughafen und zurück.

Wir sind bereit für eine Überzahlung. Das tatsächliche Gehalt orientiert sich an deiner Qualifikation und beruflichen Erfahrung. Die gesetzlich erforderliche Mindestangabe gemäß Kollektivvertrag der Metalltechnischen Industrie beträgt € 3.001,51 brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis.
