Deine Aufgaben * Verantwortung für das Prozessmanagement im Produktionsbereich für die zugeteilte Produktionslinie * Teil des Führungsteams einer Produktionslinie mit dem Schwerpunkt Prozesse, Arbeitssicherheit und Hygiene * Verantwortung für Prozessoptimierung sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Standards in der Produktion z.B. Produktwechsel an der Linie * Durchführung von regelmäßigen Kontrollen und Überprüfungen der Prozesse * Laufende Datenerfassung und Datenanalyse zur Vermeidung von Verlusten * Verantwortung für die Fehlersuche, Fehlerbehebung und die strukturierte Problemlösung * Schulung und Coaching der MitarbeiterInnen

Das bringst du mit * Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL/TGM/Uni/FH) * Erste Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Position * Idealerweise Kenntnisse zu Lean Management und Problemlösungs-Methoden wie z.B. KVP, Six Sigma, Bottleneck Analyse, Plan-Do-Check-Act, Root-Cause Analysis, 5 S, Ishikawa * Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office, sehr gute Excel-Anwenderkenntnisse (z.B. Power Query, Pivot Tabellen, Verweisen von Daten, WENN Funktionen, VBA Kenntnisse vom Vorteil) * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Du bist ein Teamplayer und verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hohe soziale Kompetenz * Hohe Entscheidungsfreudigkeit, Durchsetzungsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität zeichnen dich aus * Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit * Selbständige, strukturierte und effektive Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein

Wir bieten für diese Position ein Monatsgehalt ab € 3.100 brutto, wobei eine marktkonforme Überzahlung gemäß deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung vorgesehen ist.
