Wij werken met een diverse patiëntengroep en bieden zorg die verder gaat dan de gebaande paden. We werken nauw samen en zijn goed op elkaar afgestemd. In ons team staat open en directe communicatie centraal, zodat we samen de beste zorg kunnen leveren. Onze werkwijze is flexibel en autonoom; we nemen verantwoordelijkheid voor onze eigen caseload en werken niet binnen strikte kaders. Hierdoor kunnen we de zorg afstemmen op de behoefte van onze cliënten, en passend binnen eigen wensen. Locatie Als psychiater werk je in een omgeving waar de zorgvraag complex en uitdagend is, maar ook waar je echt het verschil kunt maken. De wijk kent een diverse populatie met uiteenlopende culturele achtergronden en sociaal economische situaties, wat vraagt om een brede blik, interculturele sensitiviteit en creativiteit in je aanpak.
