Jouw nieuwe baan Als zzp psychiater ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de specialistische ggz voor volwassenen. Je combineert psychiatrische expertise met regiebehandelaarschap en werkt samen met een multidisciplinair team aan behandeling die aansluit bij de behoeften van de cliënt. Dankzij het ontbreken van avond-, weekend- en crisisdiensten blijft er volop ruimte voor een gezonde balans tussen werk en privé. Je houdt je bezig met complexe psychiatrische diagnostiek en voert consultaties uit. Op basis van jouw bevindingen stel je een passend behandelbeleid op en begeleid je medicatiebehandelingen. Wanneer zich een crisissituatie voordoet, beoordeel je de situatie en stem je zo nodig af met de regionale crisisdienst. Daarnaast vervul je de rol van regiebehandelaar. Je begeleidt collega-behandelaren, neemt deel aan multidisciplinair overleg en levert een actieve bijdrage aan de kwaliteit en verdere ontwikkeling van de zorg. Ook denk je mee over behandelbeleid, inhoudelijke verbeteringen en nieuwe werkwijzen. De nadruk binnen deze functie ligt op diagnostiek, regievoering, multidisciplinaire samenwerking en farmacotherapeutische behandeling. Zo combineer je inhoudelijke verdieping met een coördinerende rol binnen de specialistische ggz.
