Blijf sterk in je werk - Mentaal gezond in je werk - Psychiater Radboudumc zoekt een Psychiater Functie Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven psychiater die zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen de academische ziekenhuispsychiatrie over de gehele levensloop. Het betreft een veelzijdige functie van 32 uur per week, waarbij je werkzaam bent op verschillende onderdelen van onze afdeling en ervaring opdoet binnen zowel de klinische als poliklinische patiëntenzorg. Het betreft in eerste instantie een aanstelling voor één jaar. Je hebt interesse in complexe psychiatrische problematiek in samenhang met somatische aandoeningen en voelt je thuis in een academische omgeving waar patiëntenzorg, onderwijs, onderzoek en innovatie nauw met elkaar verbonden zijn. Je bent nieuwsgierig, verbindend en flexibel, en werkt graag samen in multidisciplinaire teams. Of je nu recent bent geregistreerd als psychiater of al enige ervaring hebt opgedaan, je hebt de ambitie om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen de academische ziekenhuispsychiatrie. In deze functie: - lever je een bijdrage aan zowel klinische als poliklinische diagnostiek en behandeling van patiënten met complexe psychiatrische aandoeningen en somatische comorbiditeit; - werk je samen met psychiaters, psychologen, verpleegkundig specialisten en andere medische disciplines binnen het Radboudumc; - draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van gespecialiseerde diagnostiek en innovatieve behandelvormen binnen onze zorgprogramma's; - participeer je in onderwijs aan geneeskundestudenten, arts-assistenten en andere zorgprofessionals; - krijg je de ruimte om eigen interesses op het gebied van patiëntenzorg, onderwijs, onderzoek of innovatie verder te ontwikkelen. De functie biedt de mogelijkheid ervaring op te doen binnen verschillende onderdelen van de afdeling.
