Dit ga je doen Op de High en Intensive Care in Castricum bieden we binnen een gesloten setting behandeling en begeleiding aan cliënten met ernstige psychiatrische problemen. Het verblijf op deze units is zo kort mogelijk, maar zo lang als nodig en gericht op het stabiliseren van de cliënt in crisis. Op de High Care units is ruimte voor 12 cliënten en op de Intensive Care unit 6 cliënten, waarbij ook crisisplaatsingen in de extra beveiligde kamer (EBK) en de intensive care unit (ICU) mogelijk zijn. Je komt te werken in een multidisciplinair team dat bestaat uit ongeveer 20 collega's per kernteam. In totaal zijn er drie kernteams, die elk bestaan uit verpleegkundigen, social workers, een klinisch casemanager, een psychiater, arts-assistenten (aios en anios), een psycholoog, een maatschappelijk werker, een ervaringsdeskundige en een familiedeskundige. Er heerst een plezierige en open werksfeer waarbij contact en vertrouwen voorop staat. De werkzaamheden: - jij bent als regiebehandelaar verantwoordelijk voor diagnostiek en behandeling, met als doel dat de cliënten snel stabiliseren en herstellen; - supervisie van de aios en anios; - farmacotherapie; - psychiatrisch onderzoek; - samenwerken binnen een multidisciplinair team en het aansturen van uitvoerende behandelaren.
