Als initiërend regiebehandelaar bij Pameijer Mozaïk ZWN behandel je cliënten met multiproblematiek, zoals een verstandelijke beperking, verslaving, dakloosheid en ernstige psychiatrische problematiek. Als psychiater/initiërend regiebehandelaar werk je met volwassenen (18+) met complexe multiproblematiek, zoals een verstandelijke beperking, verslavingsproblematiek, dakloosheid en/of (ernstige) psychiatrische problematiek. Je stelt diagnoses aan de hand van gesprekken, psychiatrisch en - waar nodig - lichamelijk onderzoek. Samen met de cliënt stel je een passend behandelplan op en geef je uitleg over de behandeling. Ook betrek je, waar mogelijk, het netwerk van de cliënt. Je bouwt vaak een langdurige behandelrelatie op en werkt intensief samen met cliënten. Daarnaast neem je deel aan multidisciplinaire overleggen, stem je af met verwijzers en andere behandelaren, zoals de huisarts, en zorg je voor een zorgvuldige verslaglegging in het geautomatiseerde cliëntdossier. Je werkt nauw samen met een multidisciplinair team, bestaande uit onder andere een Verpleegkundig Specialist (initiërend regiebehandelaar), SPV, GZ-psycholoog en andere behandelaren. Binnen het team werken we volgens de Oplossingsgerichte Werkwijze (OGW) en de Herstelgerichte Werkwijze (HGW). Uiteraard breng jij daarbij jouw medische expertise als psychiater in en werk je vanuit een erkend medisch model. Waar kom je te werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij het behandelteam van Pameijer Mozaïk Zuidwest-Nederland, gevestigd in het Zorg- en Veiligheidshuis De Markiezaten in Bergen op Zoom. Je komt terecht in een multidisciplinair team met onder andere een Verpleegkundig Specialist, GZ-psycholoog, basispsychologen, GGZ-agogen, HBO-verpleegkundigen en SPV'ers. Samen zetten...
