WO Ben jij de psychiater die, in verbinding met andere professionals, maatschappelijke impact wil maken? Als psychiater bij Yulius maak jij écht het verschil voor cliënten, je vak en jezelf! Je bent er tijdens de avond en nacht en in het weekend of op feestdagen binnen de bereikbare crisisdienst voor cliënten in een acute psychiatrische crisis. Deze kwetsbare situatie weet jij snel en doortastend te doorgronden. Yulius biedt jou als psychiater een unieke combinatie van uitdaging, impact en persoonlijke groei. In deze veelzijdige en dynamische functie is er volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en onderzoek te doen. Daarnaast speel je als lid van onze medische staf een belangrijke rol in het bijhouden en delen van vakkennis binnen de organisatie. Aandacht voor persoonlijke groei Jij bent als regiebehandelaar eindverantwoordelijk voor de behandeling van ambulante cliënten in crisis die via bijvoorbeeld de huisarts, politie, ambulance of een ziekenhuis worden aangemeld. Hierin trek je samen op met je collega's en onze ketenpartners. Buiten kantoortijden heb jij de supervisie over de crisisbeoordelingen, al dan niet bij de cliënt thuis of elders, en adviseer je je collega's bij acute opnames. Je bent ook achterwacht voor de verschillende klinische afdelingen op ons Centrum voor Spoedeisende Psychiatrie als het gaat om acute interventies als het starten van medicatie of het inzetten van spoedzorg. Wat wij je verder bieden: - Je komt terecht in een team dat passie heeft voor het werk, goed samenwerkt en plezier heeft met elkaar. Je werkt nauw samen met verpleegkundig specialisten, triagisten, SPV'ers, basisartsen of AIOS. - Je werkt altijd volgens de ZAP (Zorgstandaard Acute Psychiatrie). - Je wordt onderdeel van de medische staf van Yulius.
