In september start GGZ Rivierduinen in Gouda met een nieuwe manier van werken. Binnen onze Dichtbijteams brengen we ambulante psychiatrie, specialistische poliklinische zorg, ouderenpsychiatrie en jeugdexpertise samen. We willen de zorg dichter bij de leefwereld van cliënten organiseren: integraal, herstelgericht en in verbinding met hun netwerk. Voor het Dichtbijteam Gouda zoeken we een psychiater die niet alleen uitstekende medische en psychiatrische zorg biedt, maar ook graag meedenkt over de ontwikkeling van deze nieuwe manier van werken. Als psychiater ben je een belangrijke inhoudelijke spil binnen het Dichtbijteam. Je bent als medisch specialist betrokken bij diagnostiek, behandeling en besluitvorming en werkt nauw samen met de andere disciplines binnen het team. Je kijkt samen met de cliënt en het team naar de vraag: wat is op dit moment nodig om herstel en kwaliteit van leven zo goed mogelijk te ondersteunen? Daarbij kijk je verder dan de psychiatrische diagnose. Je hebt oog voor de leefwereld van de cliënt, diens wensen en mogelijkheden, lichamelijke gezondheid, naasten en sociale netwerk. Je werkt vanuit een herstelgerichte visie en weet deze visie te vertalen naar de dagelijkse praktijk. Je stimuleert collega's om vanuit verschillende perspectieven naar een cliënt te kijken en brengt jouw psychiatrische expertise in op momenten dat deze het me...
