Over ons - Over Parnassia Groep - Collega's over Parnassia Groep Psychiater Kind & Jeugd Youz, specialistische zorg voor jeugd en gezin, zoekt voor locatie Oss een psychiater kind & jeugd. Ben jij een doortastende, creatieve psychiater met ervaring in de specialistische GGZ en ben jij een teamspeler die zich met enthousiasme vastbijt in complexere problematiek? Dit ga je doen Youz Oss richt zich voornamelijk op de diagnostiek en behandeling van kinderen, jongeren en hun (gezins)systeem. Vanuit onze systemische visie en multidisciplinaire werkwijze werken (GZ) psychologen, orthopedagogen, kinder- en jeugdpsychiater, psychotherapeut en systeemtherapeut nauw samen met andere zorgorganisaties. Als team vinden we het belangrijk dat cliënten zich bij ons op hun gemak voelen en werken we samen vanuit gelijkwaardigheid en respect. Binnen het team heerst een 'open deuren cultuur', waarin graag gebruik wordt gemaakt van elkaars expertise. De werkzaamheden: - het verrichten van psychiatrisch onderzoek, je draagt op die manier bij aan diagnostiek binnen een multidisciplinaire werking en zoekt daarin de samenwerking met de reeds in het team werkzame kinder- en jeugdpsychiater; - indicatiestelling en farmacotherapie; - je bent, in het kader van het regiebehandelaarschap, betrokken bij het opstellen en implementeren van het multidisciplinair behandelplan, evenals het bewaken van de kwaliteit en de voortgang ervan; - je draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de zorg en optimalisering van de kwaliteit van de patiëntenzorg; - je draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van team- en afdelingsbeleid; - je neemt deel aan het regionaal psychiateroverleg en je neemt deel in het achterwachtrooster van de psychiaters binnen de regio tijdens kantooruren.
