Jouw nieuwe baan Binnen de kinder- en jeugdpsychiatrie krijg je te maken met complexe diagnostiek, medicatievragen en behandelbeslissingen. Als psychiater bij impegno beoordeel je wat er nodig is, wanneer een interventie passend is en hoe de behandeling verdergaat. Je verricht psychiatrische diagnostiek en consultatie, zet medicatietrajecten in en begeleidt deze. Wanneer een crisissituatie daarom vraagt, voer je samen met regionale crisisdiensten een beoordeling uit. Ook werk je als regiebehandelaar en begeleid je andere regiebehandelaren in hun werk. Richtlijnen geven houvast, maar laten ruimte voor maatwerk en professioneel inzicht. Daarnaast denk je mee over behandelbeleid en methodiekontwikkeling. Ideeën uit de praktijk kunnen worden uitgewerkt in werkgroepen en verbetertrajecten, waarbij collega's zelf protocollen ontwikkelen en aanscherpen. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Bij impegno staan toegankelijkheid, lef en oprechte verbinding centraal. Vanuit verschillende locaties biedt de organisatie ambulante behandeling en begeleiding binnen de ggz, jeugdzorg en specialistische begeleiding voor volwassenen. Die betrokkenheid zie je terug in het contact met cliënten én in de samenwerking met collega's. De werksfeer is open en informeel. Je krijgt veel vertrouwen, verantwoordelijkheid en de ruimte om initiatief te nemen en met nieuwe ideeën te komen. Zelfstandig werken gaat hand in hand met samenwerken.
