In het kort: Je gaat als psychiater binnen het Dichtbijteam spreekuren voeren, diagnostiek en medicamenteuze behandeling bieden, crises opvangen, casussen overnemen, nieuwe cliënten behandelen en supervisie en consultatie geven aan het multidisciplinaire team. Functiebeschrijving: Psychiater Leidschendam Locatie: Leidschendam Periode: 1 april 2026 t/m 1 oktober 2026 (verlenging mogelijk t/m 31 december 2026) Uren: In overleg Opdrachtomschrijving Binnen het Dichtbijteam Leidschendam-Voorburg is tijdelijk behoefte aan een psychiater op ZZP-basis. Door een combinatie van ziekte en het aanstaande pensioen van een psychiater per 1 mei 2026 is de werkdruk voor de huidige bezetting te hoog geworden. Om de continuïteit en kwaliteit van zorg te waarborgen, word jij ingezet als psychiater binnen het team. Wat ga je doen? Als psychiater ben jij verantwoordelijk voor: - Het voeren van spreekuren gericht op diagnostiek (o.a. psychiatrisch onderzoek) en het opstarten van medicamenteuze behandelingen - Het bieden van crisisinterventies en farmacotherapeutische behandeling - Het leveren van een inhoudelijke bijdrage aan besluitvorming bij complexe casuïstiek - Het geven van supervisie aan ANIOS en VS en het bieden van consultatie aan het multidisciplinaire team - Het overnemen en behandelen van circa 75 lopende casussen - Het behandelen van nieuwe instroom van cliënten waar nodig - Zorgdragen voor tijdige en correcte dossiervoering (binnen 24 uur na patiëntcontact) - Het geven van terugkoppeling aan behandelaren en verwijzers Wat verwachten we van jou? Je levert een aantoonbare bijdrage aan de continuïteit en kwaliteit van zorg. Minimaal 70% van je geschreven uren bestaat uit direct cliëntcontact. Je verzorgt tweewekelijkse supervisie aan ANIOS en VS. Je werkt zelfstandig binnen de professionele kaders en richtlijnen van de organisatie.
