Voor het Regioteam in Drachten zoeken wij een gedreven psychiater voor minimaal 32 uur per week om gezamenlijk onze ambitieuze doelstellingen voor specialistische herstelondersteunende zorg vorm te geven.

Je nieuwe functie Je bent op een dynamische en veelzijdige manier betrokken bij de behandeling van de EPA-doelgroep volgens de FACT-methode. De methode geeft de handvatten, maar jij hebt als psychiater de belangrijke taak om de koers uit te zetten. De patiënt leren kennen, werken aan herstelondersteunende zorg, daar doelen voor stellen en koers houden is wat jij als de beste kunt. Het multidisciplinaire team waarin je werkt, neem je mee in deze gedachtegang, waardoor de behandeling vorm krijgt en uitgevoerd wordt. Binnen het FACT-team vervul je samen met je collega psychiater, klinisch psycholoog en de verpleegkundig specialist de rol van regiebehandelaar.

Je werk is betekenisvol en fascinerend omdat jij zorgt dat onze patiënten de juiste hulp krijgen. Vanwege de complexe psychiatrische casuïstiek zijn diagnostisch onderzoek, farmacotherapie, psychotherapie, crisisbeoordelingen en consultatie aan huisartsen en medisch specialisten een belangrijk onderdeel van je werkzaamheden. Jij kunt als geen ander voorzien in de hulpvraag van de patiënten.
