Dit ga je doen Op de Open Opname Kliniek bied je intensieve zorg aan volwassenen die tijdelijk een opname nodig hebben om een crisissituatie te doorbreken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor crisisinterventie, observatie, diagnostiek en kortdurende behandeling. Als onderdeel van een hecht team van artsen, psychiaters, verpleegkundigen en social workers werk je nauw samen met de Depressie Kliniek (in hetzelfde pand) en poliklinische behandelteams. Je werkzaamheden zijn gevarieerd en bieden zowel ruimte voor zelfstandigheid als samenwerking. Je voert diagnostiek en behandelingen uit binnen je eigen caseload en ondersteunt collega's en externe partners. Door kennis te delen en creatief te denken, draag je bij aan optimale zorg voor onze cliënten. Daarnaast zijn jouw werkzaamheden: - meedenken en sturing geven aan het beleid van de afdeling en verbetering van behandelingen; - inspireren en coachen van collega's; - investeren in je eigen ontwikkeling, bijvoorbeeld door het volgen van cursussen. We vullen elkaar aan en kunnen direct met elkaar schakelen Senaida Husaric, begeleider, en Igmar Poulina, psychiater, geven een inkijkje in het dagelijkse werk, de bijzondere dynamiek op de afdeling en hoe een compact team hier samenwerkt.
