Psychiatrisch verpleegkundige - 19-09-2026 - Aruba - fulltime - mbo - vast Ben jij een psychiatrisch verpleegkundige die stevig in je schoenen staat en energie krijgt van werken in de acute psychiatrie? Voor Respaldo op Aruba zoeken wij een verpleegkundige opname/resocialisatie voor 40 uur per week. De startdatum is in overleg met TMI en we zoeken iemand die bereid is om minimaal 1 jaar naar Aruba te vertrekken. Je kunt hier een unieke internationale ervaring opdoen, met goede arbeidsvoorwaarden en persoonlijke begeleiding vanuit TMI. Wat ga je doen? Als verpleegkundige opname/resocialisatie begeleid je patiënten vanaf opname tot aan het beëindigen van de zorgrelatie of de overdracht van zorg. Je voert observaties uit ten behoeve van diagnostiek en evaluatie, coördineert verpleegkundige zorgactiviteiten en stelt samen met het multidisciplinaire team behandel- en begeleidingsplannen op. Ook rapporteer je zorgvuldig in het verpleegkundig dossier, handel je in acute situaties en voer je zo nodig separatie uit. Daarnaast evalueer je de zorg samen met de patiënt en/of familie en regel je ontslag, overplaatsing en de administratieve afhandeling. Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij een stichting voor specialistische geestelijke gezondheidszorg op Aruba. Het zorgcluster bestaat uit onder meer een kliniek, dagbesteding, een FACT-team, crisisdienst en poliklinische teams voor kind & jeugd en volwassenen. Op de afdeling Opname/Resocialisatie werk je in een professioneel en betrokken team, waarin samenwerking, teamspirit en aandacht voor stabilisatie en resocialisatie centraal staan. Wij vragen: - Een afgeronde opleiding tot sociaal psychiatrisch verpleegkundige of mbo-/hbo-psychiatrisch verpleegkundige; - Aantoonbare werkervaring in de psychiatrie; - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring op een PAAZ of opnameafdeling; - Ervaring met separeren en IM-injecteren; - Een proactieve, zelfstandige en flexibele werkhouding; - Lef, creativiteit en een...
