Situering

Het PZ Onzelievevrouw in Brugge is een algemeen psychiatrisch ziekenhuis met 412 bedden/plaatsen voor residentiële behandeling en dagbehandeling. Het ziekenhuis is gespecialiseerd in de behandeling van verslaving, psychose, stemmings- en persoonlijkheidsstoornissen voor patiënten vanaf 16 jaar. Er is een behandelaanbod voor 60-plussers en een aanbod voor psychiatrische intensieve behandeling. Het ziekenhuis is copromotor van het Netwerk Nowe en heeft medewerkers in Covias en het Mobiel Crisisteam.

Afdeling 52 richt zich op de begeleiding van volwassenen met een ernstige psychiatrische aandoening (EPA) die nood hebben aan intensieve en langdurige behandeling, begeleiding en zorg op alle levensdomeinen (psychologisch, sociaal, fysiek en existentieel). De afdeling werkt vanuit de innovatieve visie van crustatieve zorg en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling en verspreiding van dit integratieve zorgmodel voor mensen met een kwetsbaar profiel.

Opdrachten

  • Je staat in voor een kwaliteitsvolle begeleiding en verzorging van patiënten op de afdeling voor langdurige intensieve behandeling (afdeling 52).
  • Je neemt een actieve rol op bij het observeren en begeleiden van patiënten en het bewerken van een therapeutisch milieu.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken binnen het interdisciplinair team en hebt voldoende gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je beschikt over een goed organisatorisch vermogen.
  • Je zorgt voor een professionele mondelinge en schriftelijke informatieoverdracht.
  • Je staat in voor zorgondersteunende activiteiten.

Profiel

  • Gegradueerde/bachelor of gebrevetteerde/gediplomeerde in de (psychiatrische) verpleegkunde.
  • Je hebt interesse voor de doelgroep en bent bereid je in te schakelen in de behandelvisie van de afdeling (crustatieve zorg).
  • Je hanteert een respectvolle, patiëntgerichte basishouding.
  • Stiptheid in administratie en verslaggeving behoren tot je sterke punten.
  • Je bent een vlotte communicator.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel.
  • Je kunt vlot werken met computertoepassingen zoals het elektronisch patiëntendossier/apotheek of je bent bereid om het aan te leren.
  • Stage- en/of werkervaring in de sector van de geestelijke gezondheidszorg strekt tot aanbeveling.
