Wat bieden wij jou - Een dienstverband van 36 uur per week - Salaris conform bruto per maand (o.b.v. 36 uur p/wk) - 8,33% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering - Pensioen bij PFZW (50% bijdrage door GGNet) - Balansregeling voor extra vrije tijd, opleidingen of uitbetaling - Ruimte voor inhoudelijke groei en eigen professionele ontwikkeling Dit is je team Je komt te werken op onze locatie Beschermd Wonen op het terrein Het Hoogeland van IrisZorg, aan de rand van Beekbergen en Apeldoorn. Samen met je collega's begeleid je 13 cliënten met een intensieve begeleidingsbehoefte en complexe, vaak gecombineerde psychiatrische problematiek. Ook is er één BOR-bed en bieden we telefonische bereikbaarheid voor cliënten die zelfstandig wonen. Wat ons team kenmerkt? We werken met een open deur en veel onderling vertrouwen. We bieden structuur, nabijheid en duidelijke kaders, maar blijven altijd in samenwerking met de cliënt. Dat maakt het uitdagend, dynamisch en betekenisvol werk. Dit vragen we van jou - Je hebt een afgeronde mbo of hbo-verpleegkundige opleiding , incl. BIG indien van toepassing - Je hebt kennis van psychiatrie; ervaring met verslaving, ASS of LVB is een pré - Je staat stevig in je schoenen en kunt omgaan met complex en intensief gedrag - Je werkt zelfstandig en methodisch en denkt in oplossingen - Je kunt grenzen stellen én flexibel loslaten wanneer dat kan - Je houdt van pionieren en denkt actief mee over deze vernieuwende woonvorm - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en draait alle diensten (24-uurszorg) Waarom werken bij GGNet ...
