De Stadskliniek Almelo is een voortgezette behandelafdeling voor kwetsbare mensen met een ernstig psychiatrische aandoening en een complexe hulpvraag en bestaat uit 2 klinische voorzieningen in het centrum van Almelo. Het team werkt volgens de basisprincipes van het Steunend Relationeel Handelen (SRH) en hanteert een therapeutisch klimaat waarbij: ieder herstelproces persoonlijk is, de mens in zijn geheel centraal staat, de leefomgeving en het sociaal netwerk van groot belang is Wat ga je doen? - Je houdt toezicht op en indien nodig begeleid en verzorg je patiënten tussen 22.45 en 7:45 uur. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een juiste rapportage en correcte overdracht. - Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan de continuïteit van zorgverlening. - Je voert naast zorginhoudelijke taken enige administratieve taken uit. - Je werkt zelfstandig binnen de gegeven richtlijnen en afspraken.
