Psychodiagnostish medewerker provincie Zuid-Holland Den Haag/Rotterdam Ons team is gespecialiseerd in diagnostisch onderzoek bij mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. Van jong tot oud en van licht tot ernstig (meervoudig) beperkt. Met de resultaten van de diagnose kunnen onze begeleiders meteen aan de slag: onze adviezen zijn handelingsgericht en praktisch. Zo kunnen we de begeleiding en behandeling beter afstemmen op de mogelijkheden van de cliënt. Kom jij ons team en onze organisatie versterken? Over ons Onze organisatie biedt begeleiding en behandeling aan mensen met uiteenlopende hulpvragen. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan hulp bij het aanleren van bepaalde vaardigheden of het omgaan met bepaalde gevoelens. De mate waarin iemand begeleiding of zorg nodig heeft, verschilt per persoon. Dit is afhankelijk van verschillende factoren, zoals IQ, sociale redzaamheid, steun uit eigen omgeving, de ontwikkeling in sociale vaardigheden, algemene vaardigheden en kennis. Ons team voert diagnostisch onderzoek uit voor cliënten van Humanitas DMH of voor andere organisaties. We verrichten verschillende soorten onderzoeken, zoals enkelvoudige onderzoeken waarbij we één aspect onderzoeken. Je kan hierbij denken aan of er sprake is van een (licht) verstandelijke beperking. Dan voeren we een gesprek, meten de zelfredzaamheidsvaardigheden en verrichten een IQ-onderzoek. Soms onderzoeken we meerdere aspecten, omdat de hulpvraag breder is. Dan verrichten we een complex onderzoek waarbij we meerdere diagnostische vragen beantwoorden en we vaak meerdere malen met de cliënt en hun netwerk afspreken. Onderdeel van onze visie is dat we naar de cliënt toe gaan. Althans, dichtbij. Want bij voorkeur verrichten we het onderzoek in een neutrale omgeving.
