  • Je hoofdtaak is begeleiding van kinderen en jongeren en hun context; zowel individuele werking, ouderwerking als groepswerking.
  • Het is voor jou een evidentie dat je de context van de kinderen en jongeren in de begeleiding / behandeling betrekt en dat je contacten legt met verwijzers en andere hulpverleners.
  • Je doet dit op basis van geactualiseerde kennis rond de doelgroep, problematiek en psychopathologie met de nadruk op de begeleiding van maatschappelijke thema’s in de begeleiding van de doelgroep.
  • Je maakt deel uit van onze multidisciplinaire werking.
  • Je volgt verslaggeving (elektronische patiëntendossier) nauwkeurig op.
  • Je bent bachelor in het maatschappelijk werk, toegepaste psychologie, orthopedagogisch begeleider of een andere menswetenschappelijke richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen de geestelijke gezondheidszorg of aanverwante sectoren.
  • Je hebt een grote affiniteit met maatschappelijke thema’s die van toepassing zijn in de begeleiding van onze doelgroep en vindt het vanzelfsprekend deze toe te passen in je begeleiding naar de cliënten.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd en gedreven om snel bij te leren en om je de methodieken die gebruikt worden binnen de reguliere ambulante geestelijke gezondheidszorg eigen te maken.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer met een open houding.
  • Je kan methodisch en zelfstandig werken, zowel in je behandeling als bij andere opdrachten.
  • Je hebt een analyserend en synthetiserend vermogen.
  • Je staat open om met online toepassingen aan de slag te gaan.
