The posting

CGG Vagga biedt gespecialiseerde geestelijke gezondheidszorg aan kinderen, jongeren en (jong)volwassenen. Onze jeugdteams begeleiden kinderen en jongeren van 0 t.e.m. 23 jaar en hun omgeving wanneer eerstelijnszorg onvoldoende is. We werken multidisciplinair en multimethodisch, op verwijzing binnen Groot-Antwerpen.

Voor onze jeugdwerking zoeken we een psychologisch consulent die zich voornamelijk richt op screening en diagnostiek. Je komt terecht in een warme, multidisciplinaire werkomgeving waarin deskundigheid en samenwerking centraal staan. Je werkt nauw samen met psychologen-therapeuten, psychiaters en maatschappelijk werkers.

Opdracht

  • Screenen en oriënteren van hulpvragen en aanmeldingen.
  • Adviseren van verwijzers en toeleiden naar gepaste zorg.
  • Uitvoeren van psychodiagnostisch onderzoek bij jongeren van 10 tot 18 jaar en verzorgen van de verslaggeving.
  • Multidisciplinair overleggen over diagnostiek, indicatiestelling en behandelplan.
  • Het Elektronisch Patiënten Dossier (EPD) actueel houden en contacten en verslagen registreren.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelorsdiploma in de toegepaste psychologie of een graduaat assistent in de toegepaste psychologie.
  • Je hebt een postgraduaat in de psychodiagnostiek gevolgd of interesse tot het volgen.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen de geestelijke gezondheidszorg of aanverwante sectoren.
  • Kennis en ervaring met psychodiagnostiek en psychopathologie.
  • Ervaring met personen met (ernstige) psychische problemen of stoornissen.
  • Vaardig zijn in het snel herkennen en inzichtelijk krijgen van problemen. Je beschikt over de kennis en de vaardigheden om de ontwikkeling van het kind in te schatten.
  • Sterke interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Kennis van de psychologische of psychosociale hulpverlening is een pluspunt.
  • Zin voor initiatief, innovatief denken.
  • Een cultuursensitieve houding aannemen is een must.
  • Met een open geest kunnen werken en een constructieve bijdrage leveren aan onze organisatie, die voortdurend in beweging en evolutie is.
