Als Mitarbeiter*in von SOS-Kinderdorf begleitest du Kinder und Jugendliche in ein selbstbestimmtes Leben und machst dich für ihre Rechte und Anliegen stark!

Das Ambulatorium in Moosburg und seine Außenstelle in Villach sind spezialisierte Einrichtungen für Neurologie und Psychiatrie des Kindes- und Jugendalters und bieten neben fachärztlicher und klinisch-psychologischer Diagnostik und Behandlung, Psychotherapie, Ergotherapie, Logopädie und Elternberatung durch ein multiprofessionelles Team.

Für die ausgeschriebene Position sind insgesamt 39 Wochenstunden vorgesehen, davon 10 Wochenstunden für die Verwaltungsleitung und 29 Wochenstunden für die psychologische Leitung. 1 Psychologische Leitung und Verwaltungsleitung (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

* Betriebsführung & Qualitätssicherung: Gesetzeskonformer Betrieb (Anstaltsordnung, Patient*innenrechte, Datenschutz, Hygiene), Ablauforganisation, Patient*innenmanagement und Dokumentation, Bereitstellung von Infrastruktur, Qualitätssicherung (Fortbildungen, Supervision, sanitätsbehördliche Meldungen) sowie Beschwerde- und Fehlermanagement

* Wirtschaftsführung: Budgetplanung und -kontrolle, Einnahmen-/Ausgabensteuerung sowie Steuerung von Beschaffungen, Instandhaltung und Gebäudemanagement

* Personalmanagement: Personalausstattung, Recruiting, Dienstplanung, Personalaufsicht, Mitarbeiter*innengespräche und Personalentwicklung

* Mittelbeschaffung & Auftraggeberkommunikation: Zusammenarbeit und Verhandlungen mit Krankenkassen und Landesregierung, Berichtswesen, Statistiken und laufende Abstimmung

* Klinisch-psychologische Tätigkeit: Psychologische Fallführung, Diagnostik und Therapie

Was du mitbringst

* facheinschlägige klinisch-psychologische Ausbildung

* Kenntnisse von und Berufserfahrung im Bereich der ambulanten Kinder- und Jugendgesundheit und Systempartnerschaften in den Lebenswelten der Kinder und Jugendlichen

* Personalführungs- & Managementkompetenzen

* hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit

* Projekt- und Prozesssteuerungsfähigkeit

Was dich erwartet

Das kollektivvertragliche Monatsbruttogehalt beträgt bei 39 Wochenstunden zwischen € 3.700,72 und € 4.395,64 zzgl. einer Leitungszulage.
