So gestaltest du mit

* Du bringst psychologische Expertise in das Netzwerk des Diakoniewerks ein und unterstützt unsere Teams dabei, fachliche Qualität kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln

* Du begleitest Mitarbeiter_innen in herausfordernden Betreuungssituationen, führst Reflexionsgespräche und stärkst professionelle Handlungssicherheit

* Du führst unterstützende Gespräche mit Klient_innen und orientierst dich dabei an ihren Stärken und ihrem Lebensumfeld

* Du entwickelst Konzepte, Qualitäts- und Schutzthemen weiter, z.B. in den Bereichen Gewaltschutz, Kommunikation oder Beziehungsgestaltung

* Du vernetzt dich aktiv mit relevanten Systempartner_innen.

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Klinische_r Psycholog_in

* Kommunikationsstärke, Einfühlungsvermögen und professionelle Haltung

* Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zur Mobilität innerhalb der Bezirke Kufstein und Kitzbühel
