Dan is dit een mooie kans om jouw psychologische kennis in te zetten binnen een specialistische organisatie die mensen begeleidt naar duurzaam herstel en een succesvolle terugkeer naar werk. Voor een van onze opdrachtgevers zoeken wij een psycholoog die wil bijdragen aan het herstel en de duurzame werkhervatting van werknemers en (zelfstandig) ondernemers met, soms complexe, psychische, cognitieve en lichamelijke klachten. Je komt terecht in een deskundige, multidisciplinaire en ondernemende omgeving waar praktische, resultaatgerichte begeleiding en maatwerk centraal staan. In deze functie combineer je jouw psychologische expertise met een nuchtere, praktische en oplossingsgerichte aanpak. Je begeleidt cliënten in kortdurende trajecten waarin herstel, belastbaarheid, gedragsverandering en re-integratie centraal staan. Geen langdurige therapie, maar gerichte interventies die cliënten helpen om weer grip te krijgen op hun functioneren, werk en leven. Je werkt bovendien nauw samen met opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken professionals. Hierdoor schakel je gemakkelijk tussen cliëntbegeleiding, overleg en het onderhouden van professionele relaties. Heb je ervaring met verzuimbegeleiding, casemanagement of HR-vraagstukken? Dan sluit deze rol uitstekend aan bij jouw achtergrond. Hier hou je je mee bezig: - Je begeleidt en behandelt cliënten in individuele, kortdurende trajecten. - Je brengt samen met de cliënt mogelijkheden, belemmeringen en belastbaarheid in kaart. - Je zet gerichte interventies in die bijdragen aan gedragsverandering, herstel en duurzame werkhervatting. - Je werkt onder andere met methodieken zoals cognitieve gedragstherapie, EMDR, werkgeheugentraining en begeleiding bij tinnitus. - Je werkt nauw samen me...
