Als psycholoog binnen de Creatie. Zo werk jij Voor wie jij er als psycholoog bent? Volwassenen met complexe, vaak vastgelopen psychische problematiek. Je werkt vanuit één van onze gebiedsteams én teamoverstijgend in groepsbehandelingen en/of de hoogintensieve traumabehandeling (HITB). Je maakt deel uit van onze psychologenpool. Een plek waar je niet alleen behandelt, maar je ook gericht verder ontwikkelt als psycholoog. We investeren vanaf de start in jouw vakmanschap, zodat je je snel vertrouwd voelt met verschillende behandelvormen en steeds zelfstandiger kunt werken. Individueel én in groepen. Vanuit jouw expertise en persoonlijke talenten geef jij vorm aan je functie. De belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn voor jou bekend terrein. Wat werken als psycholoog bij GGz Centraal bijzonder maakt: - je werkt doelgericht en transdiagnostisch, zowel individueel als groepsgericht; - je voert intakes uit en stelt samen met de patiënt en diens naasten het behandelplan op; - je leert verschillende groepsbehandelingen zelfstandig uitvoeren en kunt actief worden binnen de hoogintensieve traumabehandeling (HITB); - je krijgt samen met de andere psychologen uit de pool structurele werkbegeleiding en groepsintervisie; - we investeren gericht in je ontwikkeling met themagerichte scholing en opleiding in behandelmethodieken zoals CGT, EMDR en COMET; - je ontwikkelt je stap voor stap tot een breed inzetbare psycholoog die verschillende onderdelen van het behandelproces zelfstandig kan uitvoeren; - je werkt binnen een organisatie die volop bezig is de specialistische GGZ te vernieuwen.
