Dan heten jouw collega (GZ)-psychologen bij AxionContinu je van harte welkom bij de zorggroepVerzorgd Wonen (PG, Somatiek en NAH) in Utrecht en Leidsche Rijn. Wat doe je als (GZ)-psycholoog? Je gaat deel uitmaken van een professioneel en hecht team van zo'n 10 (GZ-)psychologen, met oog voor elkaar, waarin iedereen de ruimte krijgt voor persoonlijke- en professionele groei. De zorggroep Verzorgd Wonen (PG, Somatiek en NAH) omvat 12 locaties in Utrecht, Leidsche Rijn en Lopik. Je komt te werken op meerdere locaties in Utrecht en Leidsche Rijn. Belangrijke onderwerpen binnen de vakgroep zijn complex gedrag, gerichte aandacht voor preventie en ondersteuning van zorgteams. Om dit te realiseren werk je nauw samen met Specialisten Ouderengeneeskunde en andere disciplines binnen het Advies- en Behandelcentrum. Er zijn mogelijkheden voor intervisie en supervisie, daarnaast zijn we aangesloten bij het Psychologisch expertise platform voor ouderenzorg (PGD). Als (GZ-)psycholoog is dit waar jij voor zorgt: - Het analyseren van psychische en gedragsmatige problematiek en het uitvoeren van behandelingen. - Het betrekken van familieleden, mantelzorgers en zorgteams bij de behandeling en het bieden van passende handvatten. - Een actieve bijdrage aan multidisciplinaire overleggen. - Het meewerken aan de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van de vakgroep ag...
