The posting

Wil je jouw psychologische expertise inzetten voor de reclassering en re-integratie van gedetineerden? Bij de Psychosociale Dienst Expertise (PSD) van het Directoraat-Generaal Penitentiaire Inrichtingen draag je bij aan de bescherming van de samenleving met respect voor de menselijke waardigheid.

Wat ga je doen?

Als psycholoog binnen de Psychosociale Dienst Expertise voer je diverse taken uit:

  • Je zorgt voor het onthaal, de opvolging en evaluatie van gedetineerden tijdens hun detentie
  • Je ondersteunt en begeleidt gedetineerden met het oog op hun re-integratie via individuele gesprekken en diagnostische onderzoeken
  • Je verleent advies aan de gevangenisdirectie en strafuitvoeringsrechtbank over strafuitvoering en modaliteiten zoals vervroegde invrijheidstelling
  • Je verwijst gedetineerden door naar diensten voor ondersteuning of therapeutische zorg

Je werkt binnen een multidisciplinair team en krijgt methodologische ondersteuning en interne opleidingen. Het juridisch kader wordt je aangeleerd.

Over de organisatie

Het Directoraat-Generaal Penitentiaire Inrichtingen is verantwoordelijk voor de tenuitvoerlegging van straffen en vrijheidsberovende maatregelen. We streven naar een humane en veilige strafuitvoering met focus op re-integratie.

Er zijn meerdere openstaande plaatsen verdeeld over de inrichtingen in Antwerpen (De Vest en De Kade) en de Kempen (Turnhout en Hoogstraten).

Selectieprocedure

De procedure bestaat uit verschillende stappen:

  1. screening van de deelnemingsvoorwaarden
  2. een situationele beoordelingstest op de computer gevolgd door een interview in gevangenis De Vest in Antwerpen

  • Je bent, ten laatste bij jouw aanstelling, geregistreerd bij de Psychologencommissie (of je verbindt je ertoe om zo snel mogelijk een aanvraag in te dienen zodat je de functie kan opnemen als je wordt aangenomen).

Er is geen ervaring vereist. In functie van je voorkennis wordt in de nodige opleiding voorzien.
