Sint-Andriesziekenhuis Tielt is op zoek naar een Psycholoog liaison pediatrie om zijn team van #topzorgers te versterken. Dit gaat om een deeltijds contract (11,4/38) van onbepaalde duur. De liaisonwerking maakt deel uit van de cluster Strong binnen het netwerk WINGG.

Als psycholoog binnen het team liaison pediatrie maak je samen met de psychiatrisch verpleegkundige, de kinder-en jeugdpsychiater, de pediaters en het team op de verpleegafdeling de brug tussen lichamelijke en geestelijke gezondheidszorg en ondersteun je zowel patiënten en hun context.

Jouw rol in ons ziekenhuis

Als psycholoog liaison pediatrie:

  • Je bent in staat in te schatten of het aanbod van de liaisonopname aansluit bij de hulpvraag van de aanmelder, het kind of de jongere en de context.
  • Je bepaalt in samenspraak de doelstellingen van de liaisonopname in afstemming met de aanmelder, het kind/de jongere en de context.
  • Je staat in voor beeldvorming van de patiënt en zijn context, met aandacht voor beschermende en risicofactoren.
  • Je kan op basis van beeldvorming een advies formuleren rond passende vervolgzorg.
  • Je staat in voor een nauwgezette dossiervorming en kwalitatieve verslaggeving.

Jouw profiel

Wat je rol ook is, bij Sint-Andriesziekenhuis komt de patiënt op de eerste plaats. Jouw engagement en professionele aanpak zijn hierbij van cruciaal belang, net zoals je teamspirit en vlotte communicatieskills.

Als psycholoog liaison pediatrie:

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in de psychologie.
  • Je beschikt over een visum klinische psychologie en bent erkend door de psychologencommissie.
  • Een therapie opleiding is sterk aanbevolen.
  • Ruime ervaring in de geestelijke gezondheidszorg in het werken met kinderen en jongeren is een vereiste.
  • Kennis van de sociale kaart van de hulpverlening voor kinderen en jongeren.
  • Je kan vlot contact maken met pediaters, verpleegkundigen en andere zorgprofessionals.
  • Je bent een vlotte teamspeler die ook autonoom kan werken.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in advies-, overleg- en vormingscontexten.
  • Je bent sterk in planning, organisatie en nauwgezette administratie.
  • Tewerkstelling vereist op maandagvoormiddag, woensdagvoormiddag en vrijdagvoormiddag. Beschikbaar voor online overleg met kinder-en jeugdpsychiater op woensdag van 13u tot 13u30.
